Yogurt!

Unsweetened, live cultured, organic yogurt made at home is unbelievably simple and cost effective!

Almost 2 gallons of organic milk used to make yogurt. Some loose for smoothies, some strained of the whey to make it thick like Greek style. They whey will be used to start the next batch. 100% unsweetened, LIVE cultured yogurt can also be used as dips, sour cream, cheese and our favorite: breakfast smoothies with frozen fruit.


Double batch this time for hungry little ones who love smoothies in the morning!

Before school chore. Always fun to play with your food!



Straining yogurt through cheesecloth in a colander will result in a thick, creamy yogurt you can use for dips, with honey and berries for an almost ice cream consistency! You can strain it to the point of making a yogurt "cheese" as well.

The drained Whey is the starter for the next batch of yogurt or other ferments!
