Beef Jerky

One tasty way to preserve meat is to dry it into a tasty snack. Beef jerky is a favorite in our house! We like to use ground meat mixed with spices and squirted out of a Jerky Gun to make sticks out of them.

Dried jerky that will last forever, but it won't in our house!
